About the Business
Prior to any treatments being recommended, we must meet our clients in person, to allow them to show and explain the pest problem or infestation they have. Once we are fully appraised of their specific issues, we discuss with them why they may have a particular problem, what dangers or risks it presents and how they can minimise the risk of a re-infestation. We will then be able to recommended a solution or choice of solutions.
We take special care in all of this process, to ensure our clients make the right decisions for their needs and are fully aware of how any recommended treatment is designed to work. Some treatments only require one simple visit, whilst others may take multiple visits. Where our clients have ongoing problems, or legal health and safety responsibilities for staff or the public, we are able to offer regular maintenance visits, which may sometimes require a contract to satisfy their obligations to health and safety and insurers.
