About the Business

Established in 1947, the Company's name Edwards derives from the founder, Norman Albert William Edwards, who became a pioneer in the control of feral pigeons and sparrows in the 1950s and 1960s. His son, Kim Edwards began his career back in the 1970s. Now the proprietor of the company, he has pioneered a non-toxic approach to pest control management with non-toxic trapping systems for rodents. As a designer of covert bait stations for rodents and humane traps for Sparrows and Starlings, Mr Edwards has been interviewed by The Sunday Times, The Daily Express, The Daily Mirror, The Guardian and Local Press.

Kim has also appeared in documentaries on National Geographic, BBC1, ITV, Channel Five, Channel Four and BBC Choice and has been a guest speaker on Radio Four, Radio Five and London Radio.
